As you might have noticed already the loading of this site is rather slow. Welcome to Russia! Since most internet access in Russia is dial up this website's loading speed is more than enough. And by the way, this site is optimised for an 800x600 resolution.

So what can I say about myself?

I'm half Bulgarian from Serbia and half Russian and I spent most of my life in Kaliningrad, Russia.

Right now I'm in Hong Kong studying for my Ph.D. in international economy. And why Hong Kong? For two main reasons really. Firstly because between my first degree and the Ph.D. I'm taking now I worked mostly in financial advisory for Chinese companies and entrepreneurs and I believe that explains the choice of China for my Ph.D. And Hong Kong in particular because one of the universities (the one I'm at) is in the top three of Asia and Oceania. Oh, and now that I think of it, I don't know any Chinese dialect so that also ruled out the chance of studying in the mainland. But in time and since I'll be spending four years here maybe I'll manage to learn a bit of Yue (that's Cantonese).

Apart for my studies here I also like working for some NGOs, translating a few things from time to time, surfing the web, playing tennis and practicing some kung fu and so on and so on…

My friends tell me I can be quite self-centered sometimes and I agree. But I don't see it as a negative thing. Think of it as a character flaw. I'm used to do as I please and I intend to keep it that way. Just don't judge me since I won't judge you either.

Apart from the currently existing sections of this site more will be added (eventually) so feel free to return every now and then. And of course you have both the guest book and my e-mail address should you feel like commenting (agreeing or disagreeing) on anything you've read or simply leave a message, make suggestions or corrections, send spam… whatever! But obviously the e-mail posted here will probably be available for a limited period of time, meaning that once I start getting an amount of spam I consider excessive (like penile enlargement pills, for instance) I will deactivate that address and set up a new one which I will then post here replacing the previous one. So if you ever try sending me a message and get in return a postmaster note mentioning that the account doesn't exist, you know what happened. Just come back here and check if it's the current address.

Finally and in case you're still wondering, I'm not some merchandise you can order online so don't even bother writing any message suggesting that. If you want to buy a Russian whore to marry with, there are sites for that. As for me, all I can be is a real bitch.
